- W2 Compensation, Paid Bi-Weekly: To be a Full-time clinician, we require you to see on average 26 to 32 clients per week, and they can expect W2 earnings and a benefits package in the range of $75,500 to $95,000.
- Stable Pay Structure: Our pay model is part base pay (which you outright earn regardless of insurance reimbursement) and part clinical commission

- Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in behavioral health or a related field from an accredited college or university
- Required experience with assessing and assigning diagnoses, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and model appropriate boundaries with clients
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents on time
- Comfort, familiarity, and willingness to work with a diverse client base
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
- Fully Licensed Clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels.
- Full, unencumbered licensure in Washington (LMFT, LHMC, LICSW). Still an associate? Check out our other job postings!
- Board Approved Supervisor a plus
- Experience with adults, couples, children, and families
- Ideal candidates will know about therapy services provided in an outpatient setting, awareness of community resources, and have experience with insurance billing
- Certified in specialty treatment modalities(CBT, DBT, ERP, EMDR, TF-CBT, REBT, IFS)
- Bonus if you are transferring an existing caseload.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate and assign mental health diagnoses.
- Create, and implement treatment plans, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to DOH requirements and company policy
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Conduct a minimum of 26 client visits per week to be considered full-time and receive benefits.
- Collaborate with case managers, natural supports, work, school, and/or medical personnel, Ellie staff, as needed
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training

This model often results in little creativity and lower compensation for employees, promoting a work culture that just makes people feel “blah.”
